Sugar Art & Cake Accents
We're always finding new ways to keep our cakes truly Unique. We're proud to offer sugar art creations either as a cake accent or an a la carte centerpiece. Here are just a couple examples of sugar art cake accents:
We created the wine glasses and grapes above out of blown sugar (left). Flowers below were crafted from gum paste.
Special Effects
There are several ways to include light, sound, smoke, and even motion into your cake. We even taught a class on this subject!
Here's a cake where we incorporated lighting. The flashing red lights in the haunted house intensify the creepy look of this Halloween Cake:
